Camera Mignola: The Olive Blossom
Not everyone knows that before the olive tree gives its fruit, it dresses itself in tiny, silent flowers.
They are called mignole, and they are as delicate as a secret whispered by the earth. They appear in late spring, when the wind smells of new grass and the days grow longer. Tiny, white or cream-colored, their petals open shyly among the silver leaves.
Yet, in that discreet gesture lies the promise of every harvest, the hope of the oil to come.
The Mignola room is named to remind us that beauty is often found in the simplest, invisible things.
Camera Gombo: Where Liguria’s Gold is Born
In every Ligurian village, there is a place that smells of stone, wood, and freshly picked olives.
A place that stays cool even in summer, where the silence is broken only by the slow turning of the millstone and the rhythmic breath of those at work.
That place is the Gombo.
In the traditional Ligurian mill, every season has its ritual: the stone wheel turns, the paste is spread on natural fiber discs called fiscoli, and drop by drop, the new oil is born.
The Gombo room is named after this sacred place of farming culture.
Sleeping here is like entering the living memory of the territory.

Small, elegant, intense. The Taggiasca olive needs no introduction. Born among difficult terraces and patient stone walls, it is the symbolic fruit of Western Liguria.
The Taggiasca room is our tribute to the queen of Ligurian cultivars. An invitation to let go, to live slowly, and to feel the richness hidden in pure things.
Camera Giuan: Tradition and Memory
There are people who become part of the landscape; Grandfather Giuan was like that. With hands marked by labor and a gaze that embraced the hills, he knew every olive tree by name and every stone in the walls.
This room was created to honor true memory—the kind made of repeated gestures, care, and silence. Sleeping here is like finding a time that doesn't run, but walks.
Camera Maixei: Stone, Earth, and Silence
The term maixei is the Ligurian word for the terraces where the typical dry-stone walls stand - a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Building a dry-stone wall is like composing poetry with your hands. No cement, just patience.
